By booking a session and paying the retainer, client agrees to the following terms:

Retainer of $50 required to secure your date. Retainer will be credited to the final cost.
If customer cancels within 24 hours of the photoshoot, the retainer is non-refundable.
If photographer cancels, the retainer will be returned.
Remaining balance due in full the morning of the photoshoot
Rained out photoshoots will be given one alternative back up date. If photographer and client cannot agree on a date, then the retainer will be returned.
Photos are selected by photographer for editing.
Photographer will maintain the client’s online photo library for one year from the date of the photoshoot. After that date, photographer is no longer responsible for album storage.
Photographer does not provide original, unedited images.
Customers may inquire about purchasing additional edited photos.
